Although Bondage-Delights make a consertive effort to make public any names, companies or associations with any material we are granted permission to use, Bondage-Delights are not under any obligation to do this, unless requested by the legal copyright owner.

All materials used are granted for promotional purposes, and may not be allowed to be used outside of the Bondage-Delights Family of websites, without the express permission of the legal copyright owner.

All remaining materials that are used, including, but not restricted to the design templates of Bondage-Delights are the legal works of Bondage-Delights, and may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, or otherwise used for any other purpose, other than for personal use on a single private system. You may use any materials including 3rd party promotional materials such as affilaitions, by obtaining written permission from the copyright owner. Any materials that are used for the purposes of joining programs run by Bondage-Delights or Bondage-Delights associates, including tier2 affilaition programs, can be used without written permission, but may be subject to certain restrictions outside of Bondage-Delights. It is the users responsibility to check any copyright notices and terms with any such program.

Any infrigment of the above notice is and cannot be reasonably the responsibilty of Bondage-Delights and Bondage-Delights makes no assumptions, warranties, promises or suggestion that we grant any such permission without your first checking with the individual organisation.

Any materials posted in any public forum, notice board, or email, within the Bondage-Delights website, will without notice, be available for Bondage-Delights to use, promote, or particiapte in (Subject to our Privacy and Terms of Service) without permission of the owner. Bondage-Delights will of course, never disclose personal infomation of specifics that may identify any individual, subject to legally being oblidged.

Stories and Written Submissions

Bondage-Delights uses written materials including but not restricted to stories, which once published, still remain the legal copyright of that author. Bondage-Delights makes no such assumptions that this is freely available for download reproduction, editing, copying, or otherwise dismantling, without firstly obtaining the permission from the legal copyright owner. We will when requested to do so, publish the authors chosen email address. This is used for contacting the author, to obtain any such permissions or feedback regarding their work. We will without instant, report any abuse of this sytem to your ISP and if relevant law enforcment. This includes but is not restricted to email phishing, spamming, or abusive content. We pride ourselves in our authors being able to submit maerials to Bondage-Delights without hinderance. In cases where we receive no such instructions to, or authors opt to not have there email address' published, we still maintain a contact email and will happily forward any comments suggestions or requests to that author upon request. However we cannot & will not, be a negoitiating party. If you receieve no response, or are not happy with that response, that is an issue that you and the author MUST finalise.
