As we currently do not produce our own materials, we are under no obligation to hold records, or assertain the authenticiaty of such records for models used by way of image or visual depiction in anyway on Bondage-Delights.

We do however take care to only choose our affilaition and sponsorships with companies, individuals or websites that hold current and up to date 18U.S.C. 2257 Records.

By this we mean that all websites we associate with have made a declaration that models used during production are or were 18 years of age at time of production.

IF we establish any report that we are affiliated with or associated with ANY organisation that is not holding up to date records by way of a custodian of records, we will immediately and fully investigate this, which will also involve contacting any custodian or records. If after this investigation there is any possibility that we are still in breach or the associated website that we affilaite with is in breach of this or any other international or federal law, we will cease dealings and remove any materials thereof.

We do have plans to produce our materials in the future, and as such, will then establish FULL COMPLIANCE with 18U.S.C. Section 2257, and will hold recoreds of any models used, with a custodian of records.

Whilst we take every conceivable effort to ensure the legitimicy of any records which normally include a statement made that all models used are or were 18 years of age at the time of production, we cannot be held accountable or responsible for any website, which is later to be found in breach of these legal requirments.
